Her focus was more on recruiting services, which she offered for the positions of the director as well as the managing director at the consumer-marketing firm, Citi Global, and for CitiCards. Her services included devising recruitment plans exclusively for senior level staff, which covered the areas of compliance to standards, auditing, and various other legal fields.
