Nomad Internet Is Making Easier For People To Get Internet Access

Nomad Internet was launched in 2017 with a straightforward goal. They want to bring internet access to underserved communities. People living in underserved communities often lack public and private utilities. However, Nomad Internet believes it is everyone’s fundamental right to have internet access. They have set out on a mission to make that happen. Nomad Internet provide affordable, high-speed wireless internet regardless of their customers’ location.

The problem of the lack of internet access came to light during the pandemic. Thanks to the pandemic, adults and children had to work and study from home. Too many families; however, did not have adequate internet access. Nomad expanded rapidly to bring affordable internet access to all 50 states.

Nomad Internet did not stop there. Recently, Nomad announced they are opening a Nomad Air Rental Kiosk. The object of the kiosk is for travelers and those who enjoy the outdoors to have internet access, regardless of where their travels take them.

People will walk up to a kiosk and rent internet access. The rental period can be as short as an hour and as long as an hour. Travelers can expect to find the kiosk at accessible spots such as campgrounds, sports stores, and travel centers.

Nomad Internet co-founder, Jessica Garza, says their primary goal is to offer high-speed internet to people who require it. The kiosks are the next step toward that goal. Garza believes people who love the outdoors will appreciate staying connected.

Soon, Nomad will have their kiosks available throughout the United States. Target areas will include places where travelers would likely spend their time. It will be as simple as walking up to the kiosks and paying for the internet. Customers can pay with Apple Pay or a credit card. Watch this video clip on YouTube, for additional information.
