Advanzia Bank

Advanzia BankAdvanzia Bank is a European digital bank based in Munsbach, Luxembourg. They want to provide banking services to companies in Eastern Europe. Like many other banks, they have been able to use the euro once again after the banking crisis in the Eurozone. But the thin capitalization of some companies they want to work with has prevented them from offering loans to small companies. They want to create a separate bank account for them, which the company owns.

  1. Instalment Facility

The bank will use a standard Euro clearing account and an exchange service. This facility allows trading several main currencies, but only Euro and Dollar, among other currencies. At the bank, they will give an IOU or an advance on future receivables and pay back the loan later, usually in a couple of months. The Advanzia Mastercard will be an export facility to pay bills in cash. The user can earn points for some services and pay for them with the Mastercard, so whoever has the card gets a discount on the price of services. The Mastercard will also be linked to a particular Advanzia account. The card’s holder will not have to pay a fee for using the card but a fee for withdrawals from the Advanzia bank accounts the card will be associated with. They also use a lot of volunteers who help these businesses with advice about business planning and management, marketing, sales, and finance. The bank continually gets the main request to add a POS to their System.

Advanzia BankThis will become a very profitable opportunity for the bank since they’re charged with such an amount because they can’t offer loans to companies at the moment due to low external credit ratings, even though they want to provide loans in the future. They get the money needed to expand using a new service which means the bank will use a POS terminal. The card has an initial capacity of $1,000,000 but will be a Credit Card that the bank’s users can borrow for financing. The IOU or advance on future receivables is to be paid back by the System at the start of the month when the invoice is posted.
