Nick Millican Offers Some Insight Into The Housing Sector In London

Nick Millican also recently noted that Mr. Hunt pledged £32 million to develop new homes in London as well as in Leeds and Cambridge. The real estate agent explains that this means there will soon be thousands of new homes available to those in need. 

It also looks like it might soon be possible to divide a home into two flats soon, under new permitted development rights, so long as the exterior remains unchanged. With this being said, Nick Millican informs that there are also some challenges in the housing sector.

This includes shutting down the Help to Buy scheme, which means less money going to developers. Nick Millican understands that many believe that the housing crisis is about more than numbers. Some are of the opinion that there are systemic issues that need to be overcome before better solutions are available.
